About the Project

A Prague dental lab was running production on paper and spreadsheets: orders tracked by hand, invoices typed one at a time, SÚKL records scattered across folders. They needed a single system that could genuinely run the floor.

What We Did

We shipped the full product in its first version — orders, production statuses, QR-coded job tracking, client records and search — with PDF invoices generated and emailed to clinics automatically, and a Zebra ZD421d printer wired in for labels and documents on demand. Years on, it's still the first thing the lab opens each morning.
